That's the All-Girl Earth version of U.N.C.L.E. Doug in the first panel up there. She didn't get any actual dialogue this issue but she'll show up again in MS1 #15.
I think this is my final hint to the reader that it's been a year. Which is hilarious because we're ten fucking pages deep.
